• One-tap reporting — Every listing can be reported from inside the app. Reports come straight to our team so anything misleading can be taken down quickly.

Full landlord verification — ownership documents and ID checks — is still being built. Until it's live, treat listings the way you would anywhere else online: video-call or view the place in person, and never transfer money before you've seen it.

It depends on whether the person leaving is a member of the group or the one who created it.

• If a member leaves — Their place reopens automatically and the rest of the group carries on unaffected — the free spot simply becomes available for another student to claim.

• If the creator leaves — The group is currently dissolved rather than handed to someone else, so the remaining members need to regroup and start a new team.

• Group size follows the property — The maximum number of people is set by the place itself — its number of beds and whether you're open to sharing — rather than an arbitrary cap.

• Free to Team-up — Creating a group, joining one, and applying together are all included — there's no charge for the feature.

• No cut of your rent — We don't process rent or deposits, so there's no platform fee quietly taken out of either.

You pay rent and any deposit directly to your landlord, exactly as in a normal tenancy. Always get the terms in writing before you pay anything.
